Biofield Tuning uses sound to therapeutically target nervous system relaxation which can alleviate a wide range of health issues, eg. pain, anxiety, stress, depression, PTSD, overwhelm, adrenal fatigue and more. All physical, mental and emotional disorders can be perceived as "dissonance" in our energy fields. During this session a tuning fork is slowly combed through your field to find places of discordant energy and reflects them back, signaling the body to releasing the held distortions.
